Artist Statement

I believe the most captivating and inspiring artworks tell a grand story, the artists who create them; timeless storytellers. I want to tell a compelling story of science fiction through works of my own using various media.

I have always had a fascination for science fiction and the biology (or theoretical biology) that accompanies it. My inspiration stems from the original Star Wars trilogy, the Alien trilogy, and Star Trek. Without these influential and groundbreaking movies/series, I truly believe the focus on space, and what is outside of our own planet would never have reached the levels that it has. I hope that my art, and the stories it will tell, will influence others in a similar fashion.
